The design process for plastic injection moulding is fundamental to the success of your part production. It’s important to know that we will not compromise on quality as we ensure our products always meet your requirements. Topssun engineering department have a group of professional design engineer( most of them  have  more than 15 years  working experience in design) who are very expereienced with  component design, mould design, and very  familiar using DWG, PRT, STP , SLDPRT, DXF and  X_T.  by utilizing DFM and mold flow analysis.  we can always provide customers with most reasonable , lowest cost and short-cycled tooling soluations.



Toolmaking                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              Topssun has its own in-house tool-room where we manufacture new tooling and can carry out refurbishments and modifications of existing injection moulding tools.in order to best serve our customers, we hired a group of experienced tool makers and equipped with some state of art machines( mirror EMD, Sodick slow wire cutting and etc.)                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           We  now have an anual capacity of 300 sets tools. except making tools for our own injection molding purpose, we still exports tools for customrs worldwide,  For the past 15 years, we have exported a  lot of high precision moulds for customers in auto industry, commodity parts and consumer electronics.  times changes and tooling art changes day by day,  in order to keep consistant quality and catch up the latest techlonogy,   we keep learning and training clerks to safisfy customers' ever changing requirement.
